Returning original artwork
For original artworks, a trial placement is possible in consultation. For example, you can experience the work in your own space for a week to see how it fits into the interior. After definitive placement and delivery, the artwork is considered sold and cannot be returned.
Returning commissioned art
Commissioned artworks are custom-made and personalized for you. Therefore, returns or cancellations are not possible once the process has started.
Returning Exclusive Prints
Your Exclusive Print is only produced once you place an order. This way, we prevent overproduction and guarantee a carefully and sustainably made work of art.
Because each Exclusive Print is made with love especially for you on order, it falls under the exception for custom-made products. This means that there is no statutory cooling-off period or right of return applicable.
Of course, we hope that you will be completely happy with your unique purchase. However, if something is not right or your Exclusive Print arrived damaged, please let us know within 48 hours of receipt by sending an email with clear photos to maaike@maaikevanwijk.com.
